CITIZENS ALERT

March 19, 2020

Obituary

The CORONA VIRUS is causing a global change in the human lifestyle.  In our role as caretakers of our dead we have both, a professional and moral obligation to protect the health and well-being of our community to the very best of our ability.

Health Professional and our more intelligent Political Leaders are asking our nation (in an attempt to stop, limit or curtain the CORONA VIRUS) to limit public gatherings to less than 50.  With this guideline in mind we are asking our community to assist us limiting funeral attendance to immediate family members only.  We are hoping that most cousins, friends, and well-wishers will pay their respect and condolences at the funeral home the day prior to funeral services.  Your visit will be documented in the Register Book that we will present to the family.  We believe this will help us in limiting the funeral attendance close to the recommended guideline.  This is a small sacrifice considering the threat that this virus presents to our community and our nation.

Throughout time Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Workers and Funeral Professionals have been on the front line of defense protecting our country's health.  We are here now, ready to serve and protect.  We can still honor those we love and those we respect--and protect our families.  Please help us in this quest.  In the interest of public health further restrictions may become necessary.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
