As per COVID-19 Restrictions, attendance will be limited to 50 persons and six feet social distancing.

Barbara J. Jones, an intelligent, compassionate beautiful resident of Durham, NC, passed unexpectedly on November/14/2020 at the age of 58.  

Barbara is survived by her three children Angel Jones (Michael), April Jones (Ardreal), and Damien Jones (Brittany), and 12 grandchildren. Sisters and brothers Tara Moore, Carolyn Mayes, Sabrina Ivey, Shirl Mayes, Alexander Barrett, Linda Harris, Harriet Harris, Kathy Harris, and Harold Harris. Barbara is predeceased by her father and mother James Haskins “Boss Hog”, and Sylvia J. Jones. Her step mother Alice Thompson, her son Demario Jones, and her sister Nita Harris.  

Barbara was born and raised in Durham NC, on April/20/1962 to James Haskins and Sylvia J. Jones. She graduated from Hillside High School in Durham NC in 1991. She worked at Carver Living Center and Hillcrest as a certified nursing assistant “she loved taking care of people and was very devoted”. On April/10, December/6, March/26, she welcomed three beautiful children into this world, and they meant the world to her.  

Barbara was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
