On Feb. 14, 2026 Elaine peacefully entered eternal slumber. She is survived by her loving husband, James, her two children, Lauren & Chris, and her four grandchildren, CJ, Chase, Chelsea & Channing. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta and a founding member of the Prince George's chapter.
