Reflections from the Family
Ms. Council was a fighter and the epitome of strength and determination. She cared fervently for her family and would go to battle for you if necessary. But with her strength came an equal amount of warmth and love that was unmatched even in the most challenging circumstances. She trusted God, loved God, and if you ever asked her anything, she’d always tell you to pray about and ask God first. Ever the optimist, she would lend you her ear and listen to you as long as you needed to talk and respond only with kind words of hope and encouragement when you were done expression yourself. She was all these things and a million more, least among them, our rock and teddy bear at the same time!
