Christopher Lane Thompson

MR. CHRISTOPHER LANE THOMPSON SR., son of Nellie R. Thompson and the late Eddie Thompson Jr., was born on February 9, 1966 in Durham, NC. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at home surrounded by family.

After receiving his diploma from Hillside High School, he went on to join the United States Air Force. He loved and had a passion for technology and computers, as he was very computer savvy. 

He loved challenges, education, and learning. He spent his days making people smile and laugh. He assumed the role of being a technical support specialist to anyone who needed his services. He enjoyed listening to music, reading, learning, and teaching others the vast knowledge he acquired.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories; his mother, Nellie R. Thompson (Arthur), Uncle, Ronald L Burton (Wanda), his sister, Stephanie D. Thompson, cousin/brother, Clarence R. Thompson Jr., his sons, Daniel R. Thompson and Christopher L. Thompson Jr., daughters, Ebony L. Thompson (Shawnta Mcnair, Mother) and Cristal M. Stephens (Tara Stephens Mother), grandchildren, Amaya, Emory, Messiah, and Lola, and a host of family and friends.
