Mrs. Mildred Louise Hartman Jenkins

Mrs. Mildred Louise Hartman Jenkins, daughter of the late Joseph and Sudie Avery Hartman was born on September 3, 1919 in Durham, North Carolina.  She departed this life on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at The Stratford in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

She was educated in the Durham Public Schools and was a graduate of Hillside High School.

She retired as a laboratory technician from Duke Hospital.

She Joined White Rock Baptist Church on June 16, 1935.  There she was a member of the Shepard Womack Williams Missionary Circle and Pals Sunday School Class.  Later she participated with the Seniors Sunday School class, and was a member of the Kitchen Committee and the L. B. Farrington District.

Survivors include niece Ernestine Pratt Brown, nephew Joseph E. Pratt Sr. (Delores).
