Charles Edward Steele, known to family and friends as “Roy” was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 5, 1945 to parents James and Odessa Dix.  Charles spent his early years in Dayton and after high school spent time in the U.S. Army, serving proudly in combat in Vietnam. After returning from Vietnam, he met his wife of 51 years, Janetta “Jan” Stewart Steele who predeceased him in April 2020. Donald Keath Fisher was born September 5th, 1958.  He departed this life on November 8th, 2023.  He was a graduate of N.C. A&T State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and received his MBA at Wake Forest University.  Prior to his death he was a consultant with Pragma Corporation based in Tunis, Tunisia. He leaves to mourn his wife Ahlem Larif, his mother Eunice Williams, his aunt Ruby Bolden, four children and a host of family and friends.
